Appendesectomies, closure of gut perforations (small bowel, gastro duodenal and large gut), colostomies/ileostomies, gut resections & anastomosis, gastrectomies, vagotomies, pyloroplasties, low anterior resections, abdominoperineal resections, and proctocolectomies with iieal pouch construction.
Hepatobiliary
Cholecystectomies(open and laparoscopic), bile duct explorations, biliary bypass, splenectomies, removal of liver cysts, pancreatectomies, and surgical procedures for portal hypertention (shunts/devascularization)
Proctology
Fistulotomies, haemorrhoidectomies, sphincterotomies and anal sphincter reconstruction including graciloplasty.
Hernia
Conventional autologus tissue repairs and synthetic mesh repairs for groin and ventral hernias
Testes & scrotum
Orchedopexies, orcheectomies, varicocelectomies ,and testicular biopsies. Oesophacgus Oesaphagectomies( transhiatal and transthoracic), colon interposition, myotomies and fundoplications.
